At DediExpress, our priority is ensuring our customers' satisfaction with their purchases. Nevertheless, owing to the unique nature of our services, specific limitations govern refund requests. This Refund Policy delineates the terms and conditions applicable to refunds for our services.
For VPS and Web Hosting, refunds are available within 3 days of purchase for any reason.
Services active for more than 14 days are ineligible for refunds.
Please note that dedicated servers, domain registration, domain transfers, and SSL certificates are non-refundable.
Refunds for any other service will be granted solely for valid reasons and subject to DediExpress's discretion.
Violations of our Terms of Service nullify any refund guarantee.
To initiate a refund, kindly submit a ticket. Ensure to provide your account details along with the reason for the refund request. Refund processing fees will be subtracted from the refund amount.
Refund requests at DediExpress will be thoroughly reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe. Upon approval, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or credited accordingly. Please be aware that the refund may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.
We retain the authority to modify this Refund Policy at our discretion and at any given time. Your ongoing utilization of our services following any revisions to this Refund Policy will be interpreted as acceptance of said changes.
